Ever since she went on thefairly controversial Blue Origin all-female space flightearlier this week, it seems like Katy has beengetting an earfulfrom pretty much everyone. Even Wendy’shad words for her.
Now, Trace Cyrus has very randomly stepped into the fray. (In case you forgot — and I really, truly would not blame you if you did — Trace is the brother of Miley and Noah.)
Trace recently took toInstagramto accuse Katy, apropos of nothing, of ripping off Miley’saestheticfor her own career.
Trace specifically accused Katy of copying Miley’s short hairstyle. Here’s Miley in 2012…

Trace also accused Katy of copying Miley’s rap-focusedBangerzera for herMigos-featuring single “Bon Appétit"from that same year.
“I first knewKaty Perryand her team were lame as fuck when her career was first dying,” Trace said. “And they were like, ‘Hm, what can we do? Well, what worked for Miley? She cut her hair off and it broke the internet and everyone freaked out and she bleached it blonde. We should do that with you, Katy. You’re now going to do the same stuff that Miley did and blow up.’”
“Guess what? It didn’t fucking work — and then they just tried some EDM song or some shit because EDM’s hot. Didn’t fucking work, and now they’re going to send your ass to space. Didn’t fucking work! It’s not working. It’s backfiring.”
