But first, some context. You may remember that when 26-year-old Brooklyn married his wife, billionaire heiressNicola Peltz Beckham, in 2022, there were awhole load of rumors— not to mention pretty obvious hints — that there was some kind of beef between Nicola and Brooklyn’s mom,Victoria Beckham.
After some time, the two women appeared to put their differences behind them, andutilized social mediato let the world know they were back on good terms. And, for a short while, all seemed well in Camp Beckham… Until Brooklyn’s dad,David Beckham’s, 50th birthday celebrations this year.
And amid growing speculation surrounding the apparent family feud, it has been widely reported that it all stems from Romeo’s relationship with 24-year-old Kim Turnbull, whom he was first linked to in November. According to unverifiedreports, Brooklyn is unhappy with the romance as he briefly dated Kim in the past, and is wary of her “intentions” with his brother. However, others have claimed that Brooklyn and Kim never actually dated.
And Cruz appeared to make another pointed dig at the Peltz Beckhams on Sunday, after Brooklyn shared an eyebrow-raising Instagram caption alongside avideoof him and Nicola cruising around on a motorbike, with Nicola sitting behind her husband and wrapping her arms around him to hold on.
Tagging Nicola in the post, Brooklyn wrote at the time: “My whole world x I will love you forever x I always choose you baby x you’re the most amazing person i know xx me and you forever baby❤️❤️”
And Cruz seemingly felt the same way; soon after his big brother’s post went live, he shared a telling statement of his own to his Instagram story alongside a family photo from when everybody got together to celebrate Victoria’s show at Paris Fashion Week in September 2024 — including Brooklyn and Nicola.
Pointedly, Cruz posted a picture that Nicola wasn’t in, and wrote: “I love my family, I love you guys more than anything, mum & dad, you gave us life and cared for us no matter what, I cannot tell you how blessed we all are to have you in our lives x.”
