Somebody out there like they were that " wanderer " on his body .

Walton Goggins hostedSaturday Night Liveon May 10, and he was both hilarious and extra spicy, so we won.

But, little did everybody know that Walton’s hilarious (and thirsty) segment would just be an appetizer for the hit of the night — Mikey Day on “Weekend Update.”

Mikey appeared in a segment alongside Colin Jost and Michael Che as a guy who just walked into a spiderweb, discussing how President Donald Trump’s tariffs will affect consumers. Based on the internet’s reaction, it’s a viral hit!

When Colin introduced Mikey’s character, it was obvious this segment would go off the rails.

Mikey really tapped into his physical comedy.

Then he ripped off his shirt, and received a bunch of thirsty “woos” mixed with laughter.

Not even Colin and Michael could handle being in the same scene with his hysterical character.

After spending the entire segment freaking out over the spider, Mikey finally comes back but it’s too late — the damage is done.

The damage is that everyone’s sides are hurting from laughing too hard, or their mouths are dry from thirst over Mikey’s shirtless moment. TheSNLsegment went viral, and people hada lotto say about it.

“His commitment to the bit was absolutely incredible. Taking two full tumbles, getting half naked, screaming the entire time, not breaking character. Give the man an Emmy! lol” one person wrote.

This person said, “mikey day is literally one of snl’s greatest cast members and i need to make sure everyone else thinks this.”

People gave Mikey flowers for his commitment to the bit. “one thing about Mikey Day, he’s alwayssss gonna commit to the bit,” another person said.

“This is some PHENOMENAL phyiscal comedy. I’ve said it for years… Mikey Day is one of the sharpest and most underrated performers in SNL history,” another person wrote. “Watch this & marvel at his talent.”

Another user wrote, “Simply amazing! Simple premise executed to perfection by Mikey. Some of the best pratfalls I’ve ever seen. A Hall of Fame Weekend Update feature.”

“Absolutely the best weekend update guest ever. Perfect physical comedy,” this user added.

Someone else said, “This was the funniest skit I’ve ever seen. I started choking from laughing so hard. He nailed it.”

And, of course, people loved the part when he ripped his shirt off.

One person asked, “Wait, do I have a crush on Mikey Day?”

Finally, someone said, “SNL is really gonna miss Mikey Day when he’s gone, between stuff like this and his strong straightman work, he’s one of the more unheralded but critical SNL cast members of the last decade.”
