Law ’s got a busy few age on the celestial horizon .
From the moment the world found out thatTom HollandandZendayawereengagedin January, fans have been clamoring for details about theirwedding. And, of course, with Zendaya being the absolute fashion icon that she is, we’re all especially excited about the prospect of her wedding dress.
In the past few months, Z’s stylist ofover 14 years, Law Roach, has dropped hints about his involvement in the wedding, previouslytelling E!that he’ll definitely be working on the gown when the time comes.
But now, after Zendaya stunned at theMet Galain abridal-inspired suit, Law is managing expectations — and some of you aren’t gonna like it.
During a sit-down conversation with Aria Hughes forComplex, released on May 8, Law was asked whether he’s actively thinking about Zendaya’s wedding dress yet. “No,” he replied, reminding fans that he’s got plenty of other things to be thinking about before then. “Zendaya is working on six movies; she has like six movies coming out. I’m thinking about the press tours!”
Law went on to speak a little more about the wedding, namely, what fans should — or shouldn’t — be expecting. “It will probably be a wedding dress that no one will ever see, to be quite honest, because she and Tom are super private about their relationship,” he said. “They try to be as private as possible, so like, there won’t be a Vogue spread, or there won’t be, you know, pictures of the wedding.”
Well, with the genius Law on the job for these upcoming press tours, we’ve still got plenty of Zendaya fashion moments to look forward to — maybe they’ll even give us a few bridal-inspired looks? A girl can dream!
