For the Chicken :
2 large chicken breasts
1 cup plain flour
2 eggs
2 tsp Capilano Hot Chilli Honey
1 ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
4 tsp mixed dried herbs
1 tsp salt

500ml vegetable rock oil
For the Hot Chilli Honey Mayonnaise :
1 cup mayonnaise
To Garnish :
