Back in 2018,Alex Cooperand her roommate Sofia Franklyn launched theCall Her Daddypodcast, which was quickly acquired by Barstool Sports and became a global hit.

And Alex’s instincts proved to be correct; in 2021, she struck a $60-million three-year deal withSpotify, and more recently, Alex signed a $125-million contract withSiriusXMto bringCall Her Daddyto their platform.

The podcast itself has also gained notoriety for its high-profile guests, which includes pretty much every celebrity that you can think of, andeven Kamala Harrisduring her 2024 presidential campaign.

And in a recent appearance on Harry Jowsey’s podcast,Boyfriend Material, Alex — who now has areportednet worth of $60 million — revealed that she receives some pretty lucrative financial opportunities in the form of brand deals as a result of her success, and that she recently turned down a staggering $8-million offer because she didn’t agree with what she was being asked to put her face to.

Harry couldn’t even try to hide his shock as he repeatedly exclaimed: “Not it’s not. Not it is not, are you fucking serious?!”

“Because it just wasn’t… I didn’t…” Alex began, before Harry cut her off to ask when this happened. She replied: “This past year. I just, like, didn’t believe in putting my face next to it.”

“What was it?” Harry asked, but Alex refused to tell, saying: “I can’t tell you.” She then said she stands by her decision, adding: “I think it’s important to say no to shit, because then you just lose your fucking credibility.”

Alex waspreviously asked if Sofia comes to mindamid her huge success withCall Her Daddy, with the star telling theHollywood Reporter: “I think less about the specific person. The thought is: I’m so happy that I trusted myself and fought for this IP.”
