If you didn’t know, Kourtney married 19-year-old Alabama’s dad, Travis Barker, in 2022, and Alabama has always had apretty strained relationshipwith her mom,Shanna Moakler. For example, in 2021, Alabama claimed that Shanna had been absent from her life for periods of time — something thatShanna has denied.
Meanwhile, Alabama and Kourtney have always maintained a close relationship, and in 2023, Alabama called Kourt “the best stepmom” she could ask for.

As for Kourtney, Alabama penned: “Happy Mother’s Day to someone who chose to love me like her own. You stepped into my life with patience, care, and an open heart, and I’m so grateful for everything you’ve done to support and guide me.”

In addition to Alabama, Kourtney is stepmom to Travis’s son, 21-year-old Landon, as well as 26-year-old Atiana, who is technically Travis’s stepdaughter by Shanna, but he has always raised her as though she is his own child.
