" I do n’t screw where these people learn their manners . "

We recentlyaskedmembers of theBuzzFeed Communityto tell us about the wildest behavior they’ve ever seen from a guest at one of theDisneyparks. The responses didnotdisappoint! Here’s what people shared:

1.“I worked at Epcot’s Soarin' with its 40-inch height minimum safety rule for riders. I had parents put frozen Mickeyice creambars in their 6-year-old’s shoes to make her tall enough to ride. She was jumping to keep her weight off of her feet. When I asked her what was wrong, she cried because the ice cream was hurting her feet. She almost got frostbite on both feet so that they could risk her safety for a ride! I had another dad who tried to sneak his 18-month-old baby on the ride in his jacket. When the mom found out that the baby wasn’t waiting with her parents, she started hitting her husband for risking the baby’s life for a ride!”

2.“We were in line for theRatatouilleride at Epcot, and there was a family in front of us with two small children, a boy and a girl. The girl was hyper and bouncing off the walls but not bothering anyone. Then, she started telling her mother she had to go to the bathroom, and the mom fully brushed her off, saying, ‘We can’t go right now; just hold it.’ This went on for a while. Suddenly, right before the merge point (standby and Lightning Lane merge into one), the girl just peed EVERYWHERE, all over the floor. And the family just kept it moving. They said nothing to the cast member working when the lines merged. The girl was dripping, and scooters and wheelchairs were trying to avoid these giant puddles.”

" We told the cast member about the biological agent , but when we got to the drive vehicle , we check the family PUTTING THE GIRL , WHO WAS STILL WET , INTO A SEAT . I ran to a cast member as fast as I could . DISGUSTING . "

3.“I worked as a college program intern at Disney Springs. Once, this mother and child came into the store where I was working, and the child just had a complete meltdown. I felt so bad for her and sympathetically stated she must not have gotten her nap. I didn’t mean it maliciously, though that’s how her mother took it. She heard me make the comment and marched over, threatening to punch me in the face. I was so stunned I only managed to stutter out an apology, trying to diffuse the situation. She yelled for a manager. I went to the back and cried my eyes out. I felt so bad. I was scared for a while to ever say anything to a guest. After that, I learned to shut my mouth about other people’s children.”

4.“I once saw an older guy at the hotel front desk complaining to a cast member that there were too many kids around and couldn’t they do something about all of the ‘brats running around making noise!’ We were staying in a value resort known for being large, loud, and a family-favorite choice.”

5.“Former Cast Member here! I was in my early 20s, working at a quick-service food location that also served beer. I was serving a guest with two trays of food and drinks, including his beer and a bottle of water. He went to hand the tray with the beer on it to his child, who couldn’t have been more than 6 years old. Legally, we were not permitted to allow anyone under 21 to carry the alcohol. This would have risked our liquor license. I gently and politely informed the father that, unfortunately, I was not able to allow his child to carry the open alcohol. I suggested he switch trays with his child, or I was even happy to help carry a tray for him. He started screaming at me immediately and threw his full water bottle AT MY FACE before storming away. I was shocked.”

6.“In October 2006, we were at Magic Kingdom on a very crowded day, and there was a long line for the women’s bathroom. A woman walked up with her daughter, who looked about 10 years old. She was so mad that there was a line that she told her daughter to relieve herself on the wall, so that’s what she did. She pulled her shorts down, squatted, and peed on the wall. I had never seen anything like that before. Then, as we walked to another area, another family with a stroller had a little daughter, maybe 3 years old, and they told her to squat on the ground and go. She just went right through her clothes onto the ground, right in the open. So disgusting. I don’t know where these people learn their ‘manners.'”

7.“I worked in the college program. One of my closest friends had to work on Christmas Day and was already sad to be away from her family on the holiday after recently losing a close family member while we were in the program. The ice cream machine broke, which happens when too many people are getting ice cream at the same time, and it doesn’t have time to freeze. The chocolate ice cream wasn’t working, and my friend offered a customer a free vanilla cone instead for the trouble. The adult woman said to her, ‘I’m glad you can’t be with your family on Christmas!’ and stormed away. All because they were out of chocolate ice cream.”

8.“Mybest friendand I were in Epcot on New Year’s Eve. We were waiting for our name to be called for our reservation at an Italian place. This woman walked up alone, but she mentioned that she had like 15 people with her. She said to the hostess at the stand, ‘We booked two parties separately, but we were wondering if you could seat us together.’ In Epcot, on the busiest day of the year. I felt so bad for the hostess because she really wanted to help, but the woman kept pestering her about it.”

9.“My high-maintenance grandmother yelled at a teenage worker for serving her a banana nut muffin (which she ordered) with bananas and nuts in it because the poor girl should’ve somehow known she was allergic. It was at one of the cafes inside a resort.”

10.“Years ago, a family in front of us in line for Soarin’ engaged in a coordinated stretching activity, using the bars for leg stretches and everything, like they were in a dance class. It was hilarious and wild, but hey, it’s important to stretch!”

11.“My mom witnessed this on our family trip a few weeks back. A parent had his two kids at the hotel pool. She guessed the kids were approximately 2 and 6 years old. He was clothed on the side of the pool and let his kids go in. The 2-year-old went under and didn’t come back up, and the dad just stood there watching his kid drown. The lifeguard starts blowing the whistle, jumps in fully clothed, and pulls the kid out, saving their life. The dad proceeded to YELL at the 6-year-old for not saving their sibling. He made them get out and leave.”

12.“We took our well-behaved children to Disney. They were taught to wait their turn. They were trampled over by other parents and kids alike, completely oblivious to the 3-year-old kids they just pushed over. People are truly awful a lot of the time.”

13.“Disney World, 1994. We were towards the back of a packed, darkened theater, seeing a show. The lady next to us had a son about 3 years old who needed to pee. So, she proceeds to drop his pants there and let him pee on the floor. I was just enjoying the show, unaware, until my little brother practically jumped in my lap to escape the backsplash. I guess she didn’t want to miss anything. I felt really bad for anyone with bags on the ground downhill.”

14.“My mom was a nanny for two little kids. Our family went on a trip to Disney. We were standing in Magic Kingdom, and I went, ‘Mom, look! That looks like [name of one of the kids she nannied]!’ She goes, ‘Don’t be silly, she’s back home in— oh, son of a bitch.’ This other mom couldn’t handle being with her kids, so she booked an emergency trip to Disney to see if my mom would watch her kids. We never mentioned which parks we would visit and when, so how they found us was miraculous. We did the Toon Town area together, and afterward, my mom said she was on vacation and that this woman should take the time to bond with her own kids because she wasn’t watching them. And it’s not like she was alone. She brought her husband, too, and they both had family that could have helped them back home in PA. To this day, I still wonder how the fuck they found us because this was the pre-smartphone era.”

15.“Several years ago, there were a couple of moms with kids, and the moms were paying no attention to their kids. We were all waiting in line to see Santa Goofy, and the kids had the chain/rope from the barriers in their mouths. The moms were more interested in looking at Instagram or Facebook or something, so the kids literally slid the rope through their mouths back and forth as the line moved. And every time we passed them, the kids would growl at us; they looked like horses with bits in their mouths. I just laughed. My wife was grossed out. We both told our son that’s how NOT to act.”

16.And: “Once, when I was around 24, I went to Disneyland with my mother and my niece, who was 5. We were in line for the Matterhorn, but towards the middle, we were delayed cleaning up my niece and let a few people go ahead of us. We ended up in front of this woman who didn’t recognize us as the people who were previously standing in front of her. She was one of the chaperones for a group of about a dozen little girls who were waiting with her. We explained ourselves to her, saying we had to let a few people go ahead of us. This was not good enough for her, and she started berating us for being a bad example, cutting in line in front of the girls who had been waiting all this time. We didn’t want to cause a fuss, so we let them go ahead of us, too. We waited in line, and all the while, she was huffing and puffing about people sneaking in line to the other parents who were with her.”

" We generate to the ride , and it was just her mathematical group onward of us . The attendant exploit the ride saw the gravid group and said , ' We only have three seats ! We need three multitude ! ' I immediately worst up and tell , ' We ’re three people ! ' He walked past the whole grouping and escort us to the front . We walked past the entire group of parent and the little lady friend . I almost , ALMOST , snapped my digit in her grimace as I walked by . Of course , I did n’t .

I front back as we sat down in our seats and saw the woman with her mouthpiece capable , stare in skepticism . I could see people behind her ( who all project what happen ) covering their faces , trying to asphyxiate their laugh . And then the drive started . "
