" Standing : advert your toes – three set of 30 seconds .

Lay on back , raise your right leg across your body as far as you could while keep your left peg direct as possible . Focus the stretch in the right side of your low back for 30 seconds .   Do the same with your left leg .

sit : Touch your toe – three sets of 20 seconds .

Sitting : Glute stretching – queer one ramification over the other outstretched leg and clinch leg for 30 seconds , you should feel a stretch in your upper glute and low back / rosehip .   Then do the other branch .

fend : rival your toe – as long as you want . By now you should palpate a lot more loose in your low back .

A person in a bathroom brushes their teeth while wearing hair rollers and a robe, glancing sideways

Standing : Quad stretching – pull your leg up behind you until you feel a reach in your quadriceps / pelvic girdle . Do two sets of 20 second per ramification .

This should take about five minutes to complete in total . After enough days of doing this you will be much more elastic in your lower back and hips . I am 6’4 and easily touch my toe when standing up . That was unthinkable before I started extend . "
